Eligibility and Return Window
Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. To start a return, email us at support@nomadlighting.co.uk. Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging with all tags attached. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns after 30 days.

Defective, Faulty, or Incomplete Items
If you receive an item that is defective, non-functional, or incomplete, we will do everything we can to resolve the situation as quickly as possible. We recommend that you carefully inspect the goods immediately upon delivery. If you notice any damage, missing parts, or technical defects, please contact us as soon as possible, ideally within a few working days of receiving the shipment.
In order for us to resolve the issue effectively, please have your order number, a description of the defect, and ideally photos that will help us assess the situation ready and send them to us by email support@nomadlighting.co.uk. Once we receive this information, we will offer you a suitable solution.
